Payments submitted through LootNight.com, processed via our trusted third-party providers, they are generally completed instantaneously upon submission, enabling swift confirmation and the immediate initiation of delivery for your purchased in-game skins ('Items') to your linked Steam Inventory. This rapid processing is designed to minimize wait times and enhance your gaming experience by ensuring quick access to your Items. However, to accommodate potential delays stemming from payment verification, system synchronization, or unforeseen technical challenges, we reserve the right to extend the confirmation period up to a maximum of 24 hours. This additional timeframe allows us to thoroughly review and resolve any irregularities, such as discrepancies in payment data or temporary processor latency, while upholding the efficiency and reliability of our service.
We aim to balance speed with accuracy, ensuring that your transaction progresses smoothly and that delivery commences without unnecessary setbacks.

Item Delivery.
The delivery of your purchased Items to your Steam Inventory is contingent upon receiving successful payment confirmation from our third-party payment processor, a critical step that ensures transactional integrity before fulfillment begins. Once confirmation is secured, we initiate the transfer process, targeting completion within 24 hours under normal operating conditions. In instances where delays exceed this 24-hour window, due to technical difficulties such as server malfunctions on our end, disruptions in Steam’s infrastructure, or glitches within the payment processing system, we will proactively notify you via the email address tied to your LootNight account. This communication will provide a clear update on the status of your delivery, including the nature of the delay and an estimated timeline for resolution, keeping you fully informed and engaged throughout the process. Our goal is to maintain transparency and ensure that any interruptions are addressed promptly, allowing you to enjoy your skins for Counter-Strike 2, DOTA 2, or Team Fortress 2 as soon as practicable.

Failed Payments.
In the event a payment attempt fails (e.g., due to a declined card or insufficient funds), the order will be canceled, and no Items will be delivered.
You will need to reinitiate the purchase using a valid payment method, ensuring all details are accurate to avoid further interruptions.

 
Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds.
Refunds are available under specific, clearly defined circumstances to ensure fairness and compliance with legal standards:

Technical Issues: You qualify for a refund if a technical issue with a purchased Item (e.g., non-delivery to your Steam Inventory) prevents its use, and we are unable to resolve the problem within 5 Business Days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK public holidays) following your notification to us. This timeframe allows us sufficient opportunity to investigate and rectify the issue.

Unauthorized Charges: If you promptly report unauthorized transactions linked to your account and our investigation verifies they were not initiated by you, a full refund will be issued for those charges, protecting you from fraudulent activity.

Payment Errors: Refunds will be provided for overcharges or duplicate billing caused by a verifiable error on our part, provided you supply evidence such as order confirmations or bank statements to substantiate the claim.

Order Cancellation by Us: Should we cancel an order due to a delivery failure beyond your control (e.g., a prolonged Steam service outage), we will issue a full refund without delay, ensuring you are not penalized for external disruptions.

Non-Refundable Cases.
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

Items that are delivered as described and function correctly within your Steam Inventory, meeting the specifications outlined at purchase;

Orders for which no payment was made or that you did not purchase, as these do not constitute valid transactions;

Issues arising from user errors, such as linking an incorrect Steam account or dissatisfaction with an Item’s appearance or utility, which are not attributable to our Service.

Refund Process.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 15 Business Days. However, depending on your payment provider’s policies, delays of up to 30 days may occur, over which we have no control. You will be informed if such delays are anticipated.

Proof and Cooperation.
To facilitate a swift resolution, you may be required to submit supporting evidence, such as screenshots of error messages or transaction IDs, to validate your refund claim.
Failure to provide requested documentation or cooperate with our investigation may result in the denial of your request, as we rely on this information to ensure accuracy and fairness in our decision-making process.
